Systems In September 2000 the company
changed its name from Rochester Instrument Systems Ltd to Dynamic Logic Ltd following the sale of its USA-based sister
company, Rochester Instrument Systems Inc. History
Founded in 1970 the company has been involved in the manufacture of electronic instrumentation for over 30 years, and
has a massive installed base of products throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East. In 1991 we relocated to
Dunfermline, Scotland, and remain here today. Background In 1981 we became a member of the Marmon Group of Companies. The Marmon
Group is an international association of manufacturing and service companies with combined sales of $6.4 Billion,
assets of $7.2 Billion and over 35,000 employees. In order to meet the needs of its customers the company is
strategically focused into two separate business units:- 1. Contract Electronics Manufacturing 2.
Telemetry Outstations and Monitoring Software Both business units are located in a 42,000 sq ft facility
with 120 employees, each with its own unit director and dedicated manufacturing and engineering personnel, is
strategically focused on its customers and markets, the common link being that both are engaged in electronic
manufacturing. Contract electronics manufacture circuit board assemblies and box build for the OEM market and the
telemetry business unit designs and manufactures telemetry outstations and logger products for the end user market.
This diversity of product and markets, which results in us supplying the OEM market with circuit board assembly and the
end user market with finished product, coupled with the company's pedigree in electronic manufacturing, ensures we have
an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers' applications and demand for quality and product reliability.
